As of the 4th of July 2020 pubs and hotels in England are allowed to open following a nationwide lockdown.
To enable this to happen and increase safety levels the government released a 42 page document containing guidelines that will allow businesses such as ours to greatly reduce the risk of spreading the COVID 19 virus. Our full risk assessment is here .
There are lots of changes for customers, staff and the way we run our business. Here are the main changes which are under constant review as the situation improves.
All customers need to book before entering (we have to have traceable details) No Standing at the bar Hand Sanitiser stations located around the building Try to observe social distancing and respect others. We have changed the seating to make this easier making us of our large internal spaces. One way systems in key parts of the building. Shorter disposable menus. PPE for our staff if they wish along with protective screens at the bar These changes will allow us to provide a safe and enjoyable experience so our customers can visit us with confidence.
